CHILI’S STORE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as your order number. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not fall within the previously listed criteria.
If you didn’t love your item—that’s ok! To start a return, contact us at welcometochilis@chilis.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do everything we can to make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or any other items marked as FINAL SALE at time of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges.
If the merchandise is damaged, defective, or parts are missing, please contact us at welcometochilis@chilis.com and we will do our best to ship out a replacement of the item if available.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable; however, if the merchandise was damaged or defective and you do not require a replacement or we cannot fulfill a replacement, the shipping costs for that item will also be refunded.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking information email which you can reference. If you are still unable to track your order, please reach out to us at welcometochilis@chilis.com.
Unfortunately, Chicken Crispers don’t count as currency (yet), however we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
If your order includes multiple products, everything will ship together. Due to national shipping delays, some orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship out.
